The Van Dijk Classic is proudly dedicated to the memory of Henry Van Dijk. A man of remarkable presence and an even greater heart, Henry was widely admired for his charisma, generosity, and deep passion for the sport of bodybuilding. His legacy continues to inspire our community, and he is fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Welcome to the Van Dijk Classic—Winnipeg’s first regional bodybuilding event sanctioned by the Canadian Physique Alliance (CPA) and NPC Worldwide. Since its debut in 2018, the Van Dijk Classic has established itself as a premier regional competition, providing athletes with a clear pathway to the next level of the sport.
At the regional level, the top three athletes in each division earn qualification to major national events, including the Toronto Pro Qualifier, Vancouver Pro Qualifier, and Canadian Nationals, advancing them one step closer to achieving IFBB Pro status within the IFBB Pro League.
We take great pride in delivering a professionally executed event, supported by exceptional athletes, dedicated staff, a high-quality stage production, and valued sponsors who help make the Van Dijk Classic a continued success.

Athletes can register online using the below link as well on May 31st in person (cash only) . NOTE * Late fees will apply.
Athletes are welcome to register in multiple classes and divisions except for Fit Model We encourage athletes to compete in as many classes as they would like. Please email any questions you might have using the contact form on this website.
Registration is $125 per class + service fees
Before April 19,2026
April 20,2026 registration will increase $25

BUY TRAINER PASSES
Trainer passes allow trainers access to the backstage where the athletes will be as well as access into the venue to view their athlete on stage. Trainers with Passes will have access to a dedicated Trainers Only section in the theatre that will allow them easy access back and forth with no issues. Only trainers with this pass will be granted this access.
